Location, kitchen equipment, river view. Very spacious.
Very noisy air conditioning. Bedding to be revised. No hair dryer. Balcony inaccessible. Average WiFi

Cute and wonderful hotel, accommodating staff, enjoyed FAVOURABLE location near a river as well as Park Entrance. This room was reasonably spacious with an exceptional view of the mountain and river running next to the cabins.

Our trip to Three Rivers was made very relaxing by staying at Sequoia Riverfront Cabins. the hotel's location in the national park was remote and right next to the riverbank, offering picturesque views. the room was clean, equipped with central heating, a private safe, and a cozy seating area. the staff was excellent, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The location was close to Sequoia National Park and Three Rivers is a great little town to use as a base when exploring Sequoia and King's Canyon. The beds were comfortable. Our cabin had an amazing deck! Good cable tv. Someone stopped by each day to drop things off and (I think) to check on us but we were out hiking each time. There were lots of extra towels. It is nicely decorated.
We could never get the wi-fi to work. The shower stayed lukewarm and never got hot. The kitchen is really poorly furnished. For example there were no pans to use in the oven. We wanted to make french fries but there wasn't a cookie sheet or baking pan. The water smells bad. Our cell phones didn't work so we couldn't easily contact anyone to help us with the wi-fi or anything else. I feel like the cabins were overpriced. We were there in the off season and too many things just weren't right. I've rented lots of cabins and VRBO properties and I've never had one with quite so many issues. I'm not really a complainer so I didn't go to the general store, where you check in and out, to express my displeasure but I probably would not stay in the Sequoia Riverfront Cabins again or recommend the property to others.

Quite surprising but very, very good for the price.
A bit old-fashioned

Had a very peaceful time at the Sequoia Riverfront Cabins. Everything was fantastic, from the attentive staff to the absolutely perfect location right in front of the lake. - Loved the lovely little room with a microwave and fridge. - the hotel was really close to a nice local brewery and coffee house, as well as the National Park, nice restaurants, and stores.

To start with - this is not hotel but bunch of cabins served from General Store located 2 miles away. Cabins are are on the river bank which looks like construction/damp site. Rooms were dirty and definitely not worth it's money Strongly discourage

The room was cute with a vaulted ceiling and nice view. Sitting area by the water was nice. Proximity to river and country atmosphere were quiet and relaxing
The sulfur smell in the sink and shower was very strong. My boyfriend got hives after showering and said the water even felt weird. I was afraid to even brush my teeth! The outside gathering and sitting areas were not well maintained and had a sense of being deserted/abandoned...

The location next to the river was excellent, and within easy reach of Sequoia. Nice French doors with view of river.
First, it was hard to find the place and confusing to figure out where to get a key. You pick this up at a convenience store at a convenience store from a clerk who seems equally confused. There is no onsite help at the cabins, and no one to help with questions about the area or problems with the room. Our room was shabbily maintained, with dirty corners, old fake flowers everywhere and a dusty, unworking alarm clock. Bugs and spiders abounded. The Rec Room was a wreck, a pool table without cues, and a filthy refrigerator. There were other game tables and exercise equipment that looked equally derelict. In spite of the crazy vibe of the place, we had a good time. It is overpriced for the amount of hassle, but if you approach the stay as if you are camping, and you don't mind bugs, it is great to be out by the river.

River side of cabin, nice small balcony, good layout for cooking and socializing, proximity to the Mineral King road.
Too much road noise when on patio, signage not corresponding exactly to online identity made it difficult to find, pricey.
